 As the grate poems of the grate poet such as Saadi(Peace be upon him)have stated the aim of the grate organizations such as United Nations in the past centuries.Obviously the man kind will remain in the depth of the wast Iran from eternity to endlessness.Iran can be called the lands of kindness.A land who has got lots of wounds on front itself,but this has been always the kindness of it's people who cured about it.

Now the wast Iran welcomes the friends who are the delegates of the grate organization is going to exchange the experiences of the nations during the hard time.So I am very happy that I am in the intimate assembly of those who are envoys of mercy and hope the consequence of this meeting will be the solution of many affairs in this arena.Whatever is in this website is the result of this workshop which is hold  as "Crisis Management and Natural disasters."This team work hold with the presence of the best experts of United Nation managers and knowledgeables in 2009.8.24-28 in the university of I.R.I.B.In this opportunity, tried to offer the experts, the human overall experiences. It is more valuable that,these five dayes work shop and lots of information remain in this virtual space for ever.

  از آن رو که شعر شاعر بزرگ ایرانی سعدی علیه الرحمه ، جان مایه نهاد های معظمی چون سازمان ملل متحد را در اعصار گذشته بیان  نموده شده است مشخص می شود که نوع دوستی در رگ و ریشه سرزمین پهناور ایران ازازل تا ابد ماندگار است.ایران را می توان سرزمین مهر نامید . سرزمینی که خود بر پیشانی اش زخم هایی از کید روزگار نشسته دارد اما با مهر مردمش هماره ترمیم کننده زخمهایش بوده.اینک ایران بزرگ مقدم دوستانی را گرامی می دارد که به نمایندگی از سازمانی بزرگ درصدد انتقال تجربیات ملل در هنگامه روزگار سخت است.از این رو خوشوقتیم که در جمع صمیمی و بی تکلف این عزیزان که سفیران رحمت وآسایش بشر هستند قرارگرفتیم و امیدواریم تا نتایج این دیدار راهگشای بسیاری از امور دراین عرصه باشد .آنچه که در این تارنما نقش بسته است ماحصل دریافت کارگاه آموزشی است که با نام مدیریت بحران و بلایای طبیعی برگزار شده است . این کارگروه با حضور بهترین کارشناسان سازمان ملل در دانشکده صداو سیما از 24 تا 28 مرداد 1388ومدیران ،صاحب نظران و کارشناسان مدیریت بحران کشوربرگزار شد .دراین مجال تلاش شد تا تجربیات کلی بشر در اختیار کارشناسان قرار گیرد. پنج روز کار گاه فشرده و دریای اطلاعات ، ارزش دارد تا در فضای مجازی تا ابد باقی بماند .

امید که تلاش حاضر مقبول افتد .
